Sintered filters

The sintered filters carried by THN are made from bronze or various types of stainless steel, often according to customers' specifications. Besides providing the sintered filters to customer specification, we also carry a standard range of PUKS. PUKS are sound mufflers made from bronze or stainless steel with a screw thread for easy installation.

Sintered filters can be produced in various shapes and sizes and can be used in many situations. The filters are characterised by precise tolerance, a good price-quality ratio and a broad filter range of 0.5 to 200 µm.

PUKS

THN carries a standard range of sintered sound mufflers with a threaded connection under the name PUKS. PUKS are available in various models in both bronze and stainless steel. The standard range is available partly from stock and otherwise with a relatively short delivery time. PUKS are generally produced with a filter fineness of 80 µm.
