Follow the construction of the new building!
The new building, which is a modern, sustainable and functional environment, is perfectly in line with the continuous growth of our company. With state-of-the-art facilities, large storage capacity, advanced logistics capabilities and further expansion of the machinery park, we will soon be able to deliver our products even better and more efficiently.
But in addition to promoting productivity and efficiency, we especially wanted to create an inspiring working environment for our employees. This is how we are heading for a new chapter in our family company's 85-plus year history.

With a recent drone flight, we captured the latest progress on the construction site of our new facility from above.
As you can see in the footage, the exterior of the building is nearly complete. The facade cladding is in place, the large glass fronts have been installed, and — as the finishing touch — the THN logo is already proudly displayed on the building. It's becoming very clear what our new home will look like.

A recent drone flight captured the construction progress from above. The concrete floors of both the ground floor and upper floor have been poured. The glass has also been installed.

The steel structure is fully in place and the concrete walls have also been erected. The shape of the building is becoming increasingly clear. The next step is installing the window frames and windows.

BWS has started the steel structure. The first columns are up, the cranes are running at full capacity. BWS is placing all columns, mounting beams and anchoring everything with precision
The foundation stone has been laid!

A special milestone: the symbolic laying of the foundation stone of our new building. Together with the entire team, we marked this moment under a bright sun, with food, drinks and plenty of enthusiasm.
Groundwork begins

Work on the new construction has officially begun! At our new location, groundwork has started and the first outlines of the building are already becoming visible.
Construction Agreement

The next step in the realization of our new premises has been taken: the construction contract has been officially signed. This confirms the cooperation with the construction partner and the execution can start.
The plans are now becoming reality. Soon the first brick will be laid and the construction of our new building in Enschede will begin. We can't wait to get started!
The permit!

The construction of the new THN building has reached an important milestone: the permit has been officially approved and published. With this, a crucial step has been taken and we can proceed with the preparations.
The permit application has been confirmed by the municipality of Enschede and published in the Tubantia newspaper. A formal confirmation of a long-awaited step in the process. The next stage is the signing of the building contract, an important step towards the actual start of construction!
The first concepts
The first drafts of the new THN building are ready. The floor plans and renders give a first impression of what the building will look like. A well-thought-out design in which functionality and efficiency are central. Matching the growth ambitions of THN.
With these initial concepts, the vision on paper begins to take shape. From an idea to a concrete plan, the foundation for the next steps in the building process has been laid.
The location has been revealed!

On June 28, 2024, the THN team was taken completely by surprise.... At the end of the day, an old American school bus was suddenly waiting. Everyone got in and drove off! Where to? That remained a mystery... Until we arrived at Josink Esweg 35!
There, while enjoying a snack and drink, the big reveal was made: this will be the location of our new business premises! A beautiful place where we can continue to grow and build on the future of THN.
